Denis, At Home
An intimate series on my 89-year-old grandad and his home, exploring memory, loss, and the passage of time. I set out to document my grandad at home. His house feels frozen in time, filled with traces of a life well lived - and of loss. His first child, Derek, died at just 2 years old. My nana, Peg, passed 15 years ago. His sister Hilda only recently. A proud man who built his home with his own hands, he now lives among fading memories and the objects that hold what remains. This project is about family, mortality, and the quiet passing of time.
